During high season cancellations made up to 45 days prior to scheduled arrival are free of charge. If a booking is cancelled with less than 45 days' notice, it will result in a charge of 20% of the total cost of the booking. If a booking is cancelled with less than 25 days' notice, it will result in a charge of 30% of the total cost of the booking. If a booking is cancelled with less than 15 days' notice, it will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking. 

In case of No-show the hotel charges100% of the booking cost for the first night and 50% of the booking cost for the following nights.  

In case of early Check-in (6:00-12:00) and late Check-out (12:00-24:00) the hotel charges extra 50% of the room cost for one night.
